I received a lot validation on my coaching practice. At the same time, there were some approaches that I have not thought about and I would like to implement. It has been a regenerating experience!
Thank you so much :)

The Peeling An Onion protocol was powerful...we saw how presenting a dilemma to a group, unpacking and appreciating and considering different perspectives, and how by the end the whole process becomes more solution oriented - again the power of collaboration.
